All devices of the Core Facility including the two FlowJo workstations for analysing FACS data are bookable via the online booking system in PPMS (https://ppms.eu/isef-uni-luebeck/login/?pf=2). Peak hours for all the instrumentation are from 9 pm until 5 am. The self-operated devices BD LSRII and FV1000 can be booked 24/7 with limited or no support outside the peak hours. Sorting appointments outside peak hours can be arranged with the CAnaCore staff. Usage fee for the equippment is based on the reserved time in the booking calendar.
