I joined the laboratory of Rudolf Manz as a PhD student in December 2015 and received my PhD in September 2019. In the context of the Clinical Research Unit 303 “Pemphigoid diseases – molecular pathways and their therapeutic potential” I am working on the role of IL-10 and in particular plasma cell-derived IL-10 in the autoimmune blistering skin disease epidermolysis bullosa acquisita. Before joining the lab of Rudolf Manz, I graduated from the Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena in 2015 with a M.Sc. in biochemistry.
